At Good Pup Food Co., we strive to provide the best for your dog. However, if our fresh dog food does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return policy for your peace of mind.

Our Guarantee

Full Refund: If you or your dog are not completely satisfied with our fresh dog food, we will issue a full refund without the need to return the product. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand by the quality of our offerings.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at orders@goodpupfood.co or by phone at 775-297-5997. Please provide your order details and the reason for the return.

Refund Process: Once your request is received and confirmed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Conditions for Returns

Returns must be requested within 31 days of the purchase date. We do not require the return of the product for a refund. We would love to hear any reason for the return, however. We are a small batch local manufacturer, so if there are ways we can improve we want to hear them! If you wish to return the product to us for any reason (again this is not required) we will arrange a drop off location to do so.

Refund Timeline

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account after processing the return request. We should handle your request within a day or so, however card merchants can take several days to process these requests.
